How do I dress for the heat and still look chic?
Trust me, I have the same question. I need something that I wouldn't get too hot in, has aid flow but is flattering for my body type, and doesn't induce chafing.
The top tip for chaffing is to get anti-chaffing shorts with spank-type material. I got a pack of two from M&S. These are perfect for longer skirt lengths. However, remember to have chaffing cream if you wear shorter shorts or skirts that don't work—the most known isLanacane Mega Babe Thigh Rescue, which can be bought at Boots and Amazon.
Midi skirts are perfect for covering up and are suitable for cooler nights. With a split, they give more flow and air circulation. This also means you can wear shorts underneath, and no one will see them, preventing discomfort from heat rashes.
Skirts are a match made in heaven. You still get the feminity and flow of a skirt, but the lack of concern of clashing with anyone; if you have short legs, having either a short skirt or a midi skirt shorts would drown you out and make your legs look even shorter and longer floor lengths would do the same.
Light colours: We all know the physics that white does not absorb heat from the sun, whereas black takes in all the light rays. So this is just plain out science talking light colours. If you do not like light colours and prefer black, maybe go for grey or navy or wear something loose and breathable to help. But also remember that sweat marks are a thing and that tops with patterns or prints make it easier to hide those pesky dark areas.
Where something you are comfortable in, feel yourself and is also practical. I am sorry, but trainers are your best bet. I don't want to hear they aren't cute or don't go with my look; they will you have to because European cities have cobbles and you'll be doing a lot of walking in hot weather sandals or heels aren't good for that with blisters irritation and well the smell it will not be pleasant and in the end, you will have to cave in a buy a new pair of trainers and provably socks, so I have saved up a bob or two with this tip.
Bring a water bottle with snacks in the bag, too. I always have things for every eventuality, whether an umbrella, mirror, hair brush, plaster, pain relief, or the whole lot. I like to be overprepared rather than underprepared.
Prep your outfit for what you are doing. If your visiting religious landmarks where something appropriate, no boobs out of shoulders though they are likely to have something, it might cost you a little summer scarf does the job, or wear clothes that fit the requirements. I understand that religion influencing your clothing might not suit you, especially if you're not religious. Still, it's respecting the laws of the building like you expect the laws of a country, and it does not negatively impact or harm you. If you know you'll possibly pop in the sea, have a bikini on or in your bag with a travel towel that dries quickly and is compact. If you are likely to be out until you go to bed, have a jacket with you for when it cools in the evening or an appropriate, more dress-up style look for dinner that is still appropriate in the day. If you do a lot of walking and hiking, wear something that does not restrict your ribs and lungs. You can quickly move about in it or not feel uncomfortable due to a fear of flashing anyone.

Capri pants are perfect for a more relaxed day on your summer holiday when fall-length trousers do not work or are appropriate. That sporty leisure look means you're ready for every occasion if you need to run for a train or bus to your next stop. Get the preppy look with your polo neck and camel skort. Though I love a white dress, it can be impractical when eating food. High-waisted trousers that are tapped with a wide leg to have that air circulation and elongate your legs. Everyone loves the pin-striped shirt, which can be dressed down as a cover top or dressed up for a meeting. It can also be worn with jeans to be formal on the top and casual on the bottom. Crochet yourself a bag with tops with holes for some fresh air. A woven handbag with brown leather detailing is perfect for a beach day to fit all the required towels and swimwear.
