300g chicken breast
20g egg white
10g flour
30g panko breadcrumbs
1tsp garlic granules
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
2 brioche buns
Lettuce, shredded
For the garlic butter centre:
30g reduced fat butter
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp mixed herbs
Method
Place the butter, garlic and mixed herbs into a small bowl with a good pinch of salt. Mix well then shape into a sausage & wrap toghtly in cling film and chill for at least 15 minutes I tend to do this in the morning or the day before. once set or when you want to make your burgers, Slice the butter into 4 even pieces.
Combine the flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic granules, salt and black pepper.
Use a sharp knife to make a deep pocket inside each chicken breast. Stuff the pocket with two pieces of garlic butter.
Dip each breast in the egg white and finally the breadcrumb mix.
Pop them into the air fryer, spray with oil and cook for 12 minutes at 180 degrees then for a further 5 minutes on max crisp.
Toast the brioche bun, add some lettuce your chicken kyiv burger.
