Ingredients
Coat 2/3 chicken breasts in:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- Salt and pepper
For the garlic Parmesan sauce, mix together:
- 100g melted butter
- 2/3 chicken breasts
- 75g Parmesan
- Handful of chopped parsley
- Four cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
- Cut your chicken into long chunks and marinate in some oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt and pepper
- Pop your chicken onto skewers and place in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 190
- Prepare your garlic Parmesan mixture by melting your butter and mix with Parmesan; parsley, garlic, salt and pepper
- After the chicken is cooked, baste in
the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes
5. Let the chicken cool and enjoy!
