Biscoff Millionaire shortbread

Biscoff Caramel Slices with only six ingreidents and no baking its the perfect autumn recipe but does require you to make caramel so proceed as you will. I gave these out to friends and family when i made them and they loved them. Remember to keep them in the fridge if it's summer, or they might melt and become hard to cut and eat.

 

BASE:

250g biscoff biscuits

100g butter, melted

50g biscoff spread, melted

CARAMEL:

50g butter

395g condensed milk

180g chocolate

100g bicoff, melted

1 tsp vegetable oil

Biscoff biscuits to top (optional)

 

METHOD:

  1. Crush the biscoff biscuits until fine.
  2. Mix all base ingredients together.
  3. Press firmly into a lined baking tray.
  4. Pop in the fridge.
  5. Add caramel ingredients to a saucepan.
  6. Whisk over medium heat for 5-10 mins to thicken.
  7. Pour caramel over the base & pop in fridge.

8. Melt the choc top ingredients together.

  1. Pour the choc over the caramel.
  2. Top with extra biscoff biscuits (optional).
  3. Refrigerate for ~2-3 hours minimum.
  4. Slice & enjoy.
